From the farm to your table
Between the countryside of Poggibonsi and San Gimignano we breed our pigs.
Terra di Siena flagship specialty is the Cinta Senese, the traditional pig of Tuscany.
The production line is overseen from the free-range breeding, to the hand-crafted curing, which is made in full respect of traditional methods. In order to guarantee the true taste and smell of the salumi of Siena, our pork is processed in a simple and natural way as the farmers did in the past.
